Sophie Morris is the social media sensation everyone is talking about and we’re delighted to welcome her to Brasserie on the Corner, Galway on Thursday 5th March, as part of our celebrations for International Women’s Day!
The No.1 bestselling author, who keeps us all engaged with her clever supermarket swaps will host a special evening in our award-winning restaurant, and we’d love you to join us.
The evening begins at 7pm with a special ‘Meet & Greet’ drinks reception hosted by Sophie. Guests will then savour a four-course meal with the opportunity to hear all about Sophie’s career. There will also be a Q&A session so you can ask Sophie all those questions you’ve been wondering about.
There will be an impressive gift bag for all attendees, along with giveaways on the night, including signed copies of ‘Sophie’s Swaps’ books.
It’s the perfect opportunity to catch-up with family and friends, enjoying an evening chatting all things career pivots and motherhood, to food labels and ultra processed foods, along with many things in between!
