The food was excellent from the starters we chose scallops and the prawns, followed by the monkfish, sea bass and vegan cauliflower steak with lemon couscous. We couldn't resist ordering a desert even though there wasn't much room left for it. We choose a creme brulee with coconut ice cream. Omg it was like eating a snowball biscuit absolutely fab. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely revisit the next time in Galway.

It'sa pity that attention to orders was neglectful today, probably manager off as on previous visits someone always checked if all ok. To be fair, one waitress apologised but not reflected in bill.

Both meats were tender and arrived thoughtfully presented with either a selected of roasted root vegetables or a delicious vegetable purée. The mashed potatoes were rich and smooth and my partner’s roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy inside.
The staff were extremely attentive without being intrusive, serving bread as an appetiser and bringing more drinks as required.
For two adult Sunday roasts (shared with a hungry toddler!) plus Guinnesses, the bill came to just less than €50.

And, as every good bar in Ireland the Guinness was perfect and poured perfect.
